If you would like a CD, I am simply asking that you contact me by e-mail or regular mail (information provided below). I will ask that for each CD, the requester pays for postage.
When you send an order for cds, send a check for $5 per 1 - 2 cds.
Include shipping fee for the following:
1 - 2 CDs = $5 Shipping Fee
3 - 4 CDs = $10 Shipping Fee
5 - 6 CDs = $15 Shipping Fee and so on, and so on.
If you are making a fairly large order of cds, just inquire about any special costs to shipping.

If you would like to make a freewill offering towards the creation of this CD, I will be using the funds to recover some of my production expenses as well as to make a donation to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana to help with the purchase of a new piano for patients and guests to play in the lobby.
Again, it is not expected or necessary.
